While the saying "you can’t have your cake and eat it too" means you must make a choice; you cannot have it both ways, I believe that you can find pleasure in making (or buying) the cake, and eating it. Life is about making choices. And choosing a lifestyle that is healthy based on your needs, not what society says is the first step. Your mind, body and spirit need nourishment and together we can create a program that allows you to have your cake, and eat it too.
